Dr. Julie Chami Lindsay 

I am Dr. Julie Chami Lindsay, an education researcher, consultant, course creator, and experienced school leader with a PhD in Education Policy from the University of Toronto and nearly 20 years of experience in teaching and educational leadership. My work is results-driven and grounded in a deep understanding of what families, communities, educators, and education systems need from schools to succeed.

 As both a school leader and a mother of three, I bring a lived understanding of the priorities of success-focused parents and the ways school decisions are experienced by students, families, and staff. I work closely with school and system leaders to bring their visions to life, recognizing that success looks different across contexts. My approach is not to impose a single model, but to strengthen each organization’s mission, vision, and purpose in meaningful, practical ways.

My research focuses on school choice, education policy, and staff satisfaction, with particular attention to how leadership, working conditions, and organizational coherence shape outcomes. I am known for analyzing complex conditions, building trust, and guiding meaningful change by aligning leadership, policy, and practice with real-world needs. Through consulting and course development, I translate research into clear, actionable strategies that support sustainable, responsive, and mission-aligned improvement.
